APOC 230 Energy-Armor Bleed-Block is a gray acrylic base primer applied to existing built-up, APP or SBS modified bitumen, smooth-surfaced or pre-coated membranes before white acrylic top coatings, to improve adhesion and limit bleed-through from asphalt. It is applied by brush, roller or spray and sold in 5-gallon pails.
