APOC 139 is a fiber-reinforced rubberized asphalt coating and adhesive used to protect new and existing roof systems, bond plies in built-up systems, adhere modified bitumen rolls and dampproof foundations. Its technical data sheet states it requires a top surface of gravel, granules or a compatible APOC reflective coating, exceeds ASTM D3019 Type III, and lists a permeability under 5 perms by ASTM D1653.
