APOC 133 Pro-Lastic Ultra is a polymer-modified flashing cement made with asphalt, rubber, solvent and fibers for seams, flashings and repairs on SBS modified bitumen membranes, base and ply sheets and built-up roofing, with surfactants that allow bonding to damp, wet or underwater surfaces. Its technical data sheet states it is not for use on TPO, EPDM, PVC or other single-ply membranes and gives a coverage of approximately 12.5 square feet per gallon.
