APOC 103 Bond N' Prime is a solvent-based asphalt primer used to prime concrete or cement decks, gypsum, masonry, thermal insulation and weathered roofing before built-up roofing, and weathered roofing before black or aluminum reflective coatings. Its technical data sheet calls for the primer to cure 30 days before a reflective coating is applied.
