PoliCarb is a line of UV-protected multiwall polycarbonate sheets extruded in the USA, listed for roofing, curved roofing, vertical windows and ceilings. Sheets are made 4 to 40 mm thick (5/32 to 1.57 in) in 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 7-layer structures, including RDC profiles, in 47.25, 48, 71.25 and 72 inch standard widths, in clear, bronze, opal, Reflecto, blue and green. Published U-values run from 0.680 to 0.240 and clear light transmission from 85 to 55 percent depending on thickness. The product page lists ASTM E84 Class A for 6, 8, 10 and 16 mm sheet, and the installation guide calls for a slope of at least 5 degrees in roofing. Gallina USA publishes a 10-year warranty certificate covering PoliCarb sheets of at least 6 mm and arcoPlus UV-protected panels, conditional on installation and handling per its instructions.
