arcoPlus 684, 6104 and 6124 are modular systems of coextruded 4-wall polycarbonate panels 8, 10 and 12 mm thick with a 600 mm effective module, clicked onto plastic-coated steel or aluminum profiles. Gallina lists them for vertical windows, flat roofing with a minimum slope of 5 percent and curved roofing. Published thermal transmittance is 3.3, 3.0 and 2.7 W/m2K, with clear light transmission of 72 percent and colors in clear, blue, green, bronze and opal; fire reaction is listed as ASTM E84 Class A. A Reverso version with UV protection on both sides is fixed with anchor brackets and a polycarbonate or aluminum cover profile for roofing and curved roofing. Gallina USA publishes a 10-year warranty certificate covering PoliCarb sheets of at least 6 mm and arcoPlus UV-protected panels, conditional on installation and handling per its instructions.
