StormGuard Film-Surfaced Leak Barrier is a self-adhering, fiberglass- reinforced leak barrier with a blue synthetic patterned surface, rated for use with asphalt shingles and most metal roofing systems. It is installed at eaves, rakes, valleys, and around chimneys and skylights to help prevent leaks caused by wind-driven rain and ice dams, self-sealing around fastener penetrations.
