GAF's torch-applied APP-modified bitumen commercial roof cap sheet, with a core of strong, resilient non-woven polyester mat coated with weather-resistant APP polymer-modified asphalt and surfaced with mineral granules. Installed roof designs weigh less than two pounds per square foot. GAF states typical system guarantees are available for up to 15 years, with select system constructions available with up to a 20-year guarantee.
