GAF's SBS-modified bitumen commercial roof cap sheet with a core of strong, resilient non-woven polyester mat coated with SBS polymer-modified asphalt and surfaced with mineral granules. Installs without hot asphalt; heat welding allows kettle-free operation, and a poly burn-off film supports easy installation. Installed roof designs weigh less than two pounds per square foot. GAF states typical system guarantees are available for up to 15 years, with select system constructions available with up to a 20-year guarantee.
