GAF's SBS-modified bitumen commercial roofing membrane with a core of strong, resilient non-woven fiberglass mat coated with flexible, SBS polymer-modified asphalt and a smooth (non-granulated) surface. Installed roof designs weigh less than three pounds per square foot. GAF states system guarantees are available for up to 20 years, with terms dependent on the specific system construction.
