The Master Flow Wi-Fi Attic Vent is a roof-mounted electric attic exhaust fan with built-in QuickConnect Wi-Fi technology, so its combination humidistat and thermostat can be monitored and adjusted from a smartphone or tablet through the Master Flow QuickConnect Ventilation Control App, including several vents under one login. GAF rates it at 1,250 cubic feet per minute of airflow for up to 2,200 sq. ft. of attic space and says it uses up to 55% less electricity than comparable vents, based on its own testing at 120 volts. It has galvanized steel construction with a heavy-duty internal screen, suits roof slopes from 2:12 to 12:12, and is UL listed to ANSI/UL 507. GAF says it is Miami-Dade County Product Control approved, State of Florida approved, and meets or exceeds Texas Department of Insurance requirements; the page lists a Miami-Dade document numbered 22-0807.02 for Master Flow static and power roof ventilators. GAF also says it passed impact testing modeled after the UL 2218 Class 4 test in a lab, while stating it is not listed or classified for impact resistance by any testing agency. It can be used to comply with certain FORTIFIED Roof requirements in the U.S.
