Master Flow Power Attic Vents - Roof Mount (models ERV4, ERV5 and ERV6) are GAF's electric, off-ridge roof-mounted attic exhaust fans, driven by a high-efficiency permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor under a compact, hemmed dome. Every model includes an adjustable thermostat, with an optional humidistat/thermostat, and ships factory-tested with extra-rigid brackets and a heavy-duty insect screen. GAF says the vents pass the 110 mph wind-driven rain test per TAS 100(A) under controlled laboratory testing and can be used to comply with certain FORTIFIED Roof requirements in the U.S. They are eligible for GAF enhanced warranty coverage when installed by a GAF-certified contractor as part of a qualifying system, and otherwise fall under the Master Flow Powered Ventilation Products Limited Warranty.
