Master Flow Pivot Pipe Boot Flashing is GAF's all-metal plumbing vent pipe flashing, which fully encapsulates the pipe and has no exposed seals, gaskets, collars or caulking to degrade. A ball-and-socket pivot lets the cap be set vertical on roof pitches from 3:12 to 12:12, and models fit Schedule 40 PVC, ABS and steel vent pipes of 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 in. inside diameter (also sold as small and large combo kits with pipe inserts) standing 6 to 15 in. above the deck, in black, weathered wood, brown and gray. GAF says it passes the 110 mph wind-driven rain test per TAS-100(A) and impact testing modeled after the UL 2218 Class 4 test, while stating the product is not listed or classified for impact resistance by any testing agency. It is warranted against leaks from manufacturing defects or ordinary wear and tear for up to 50 years (or as long as the warranty on the adjacent roof cladding) and is eligible for GAF enhanced warranty coverage when installed by a GAF-certified contractor as part of a qualifying system.
