The Master Flow EZ Cool is a roof-mounted power attic vent that plugs into an existing 110-volt grounded outlet in the attic instead of being hardwired, and ships with a factory-preset thermostat (an optional humidistat/thermostat is available). GAF rates it at up to 1,050 cubic feet per minute of airflow, third-party verified under ANSI/AMCA Standard 210-16 and ANSI/ASHRAE 51-16 at zero static pressure, for up to 2,000 sq. ft. of attic space when part of a balanced intake and exhaust system. GAF says it passes the 110 mph wind-driven rain test per TAS 100-(A) under controlled laboratory testing, and that it passed impact testing modeled after the UL 2218 Class 4 test while not being listed or classified for impact resistance by any testing agency.
