FeltBuster Synthetic Roofing Felt is GAF's value-priced, non-asphaltic polypropylene synthetic roof underlayment installed beneath asphalt shingles to help protect against wind-driven rain. It ships in 10-square (1,000 sq ft) rolls, 48 in. wide by 250 ft. long, weighing approximately 23 lb per roll, with a spunbond top surface for traction and UV-stabilized construction rated for up to 90 days of UV exposure. GAF's sell sheet states the product "meets or exceeds the physical requirements of ASTM D226 Type II, ASTM D8257, and ASTM D4869 Types III and IV."
