GAF's enhanced-formulation fleece-back TPO commercial roofing membrane, suitable for re-cover applications or where strong protection against foot traffic, punctures, and hail is needed, avoiding the expense of tearing off an existing roof. Offers inherent flexibility, heat-welded seams, long-term heat and UV resistance, fungal resistance, and high reflectivity (white only). Installable via mechanically attached, adhered (EverGuard WB181 Bonding Adhesive, hot asphalt, or low-rise foam adhesives), or induction- welded single-ply systems. GAF states guarantees are available up to 30 years when using this fleece-back membrane, with terms dependent on the specific system construction and attachment method used.
