GAF's enhanced-formulation TPO commercial roofing membrane for high-heat and solar applications, built on the same core TPO construction as standard EverGuard TPO but with an added weathering package. Heat-welded seams, inherent flexibility, long-term heat and UV resistance, fungal resistance, and high reflectivity (white only). Offered in 50, 60, 70, and 80 mil thicknesses in 10- and 12-foot rolls; suitable for mechanically attached, induction-welded, and adhered single-ply systems. GAF states the enhanced weathering package allows a guarantee of up to 35 years for qualified systems, described as the longest in the industry, with guarantee terms dependent on the specific system construction.
