Cobra RidgeRunner is GAF's low-profile, fully nail-gunnable plastic roll ridge vent, sold in 30 ft (9.1 m) rolls 11.5 in. (292 mm) wide and fastened together with the cap shingles using the included 1 3/4 in. (44.4 mm) corrosion-resistant ring shank coil nails. GAF prints 12.5 sq. in. of net free ventilating area per linear foot, UV-resistant polymers with an internal crush-resistant structure, EasyTear sizing in 12 in. increments, and an integral Weather Fighter filter that it says meets ICC dust exposure testing (tested per ICC AC132, Section 4.2), with a non-filtered model for warmer climates. The page lists a "Cobra Ridge Vents TDI Evaluation - RV-29" code document. It can be used to comply with certain FORTIFIED Roof requirements in the U.S. and is eligible for up to a Lifetime limited warranty when installed on GAF Lifetime Shingle roofs with qualifying accessories.
