GacoPoly UB64 (GacoFlex UB64 Series on its data sheet) is a two-component, hydrolytically stable, fire-retardant polyurethane base coat for roofs, mechanical room floors, walking decks and traffic decks, over plywood, polyurethane foam, primed concrete and metal. It comes as UB6407 white, which must be top coated when exposed to weather, and UB6421 black, which may be left exposed as a top coat; either must be top coated within 72 hours. Its product data sheet states it is UL-listed as a Class A roof covering system per UL 790 / ASTM E108 and reports 2100 psi tensile strength and 400 percent elongation. An SCAQMD-compliant version is sold as GacoPoly UB64C under its own data sheet.
