GacoFlex U91C Series is a single-component, moisture-cure, aromatic polyurethane base coat that provides robust protection to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roof substrates and prevents oil migration on asphalt-based roofs. The manufacturer states it is not a finish coat and should be top-coated with a GacoFlex aliphatic urethane, silicone, or acrylic coating for weatherability, UV resistance, and reflectance. Its product data sheet reports a Class A external fire exposure result to ASTM E108 (metal deck, 1:12 slope, and BUR deck, 2:12 slope).
