GacoFlex S2100 is a white, cleanable, solvent-free, high-solids 100% silicone roof coating formulated to resist dirt pick-up, and the product data sheet states it withstands permanent ponding water and contains 37% recycled content. It is used as a maintenance coating over existing elastomeric coatings, metal, smooth built-up roofing, mineral cap sheet, APP and SBS modified bitumen, weathered single-ply membranes, and sprayed polyurethane foam roofing. The data sheet lists UL 790 Class A and FM 4470 Class 1 approvals, with FM Severe Hail when applied over GacoFlex F2733 GacoRoofFoam, and an initial SRI of 103 (87 accelerated aged). One coat at 1.5 gal per 100 sq ft targets about 22 dry mils; the system is eligible for a 5-year Energy Star warranty when installed by a Gaco licensed applicator.
