GacoFlex Polyurethane 300 Aliphatic Finish Coat is a single-component, UV-stable, moisture-cure polyurethane coating applied over GacoFlex Polyurethane 300 Aromatic Base Coat as the finish coat of the maker's urethane membrane roof restoration system. It is white, about 75 percent solids by volume, and applied at about 1.0 gallon per 100 square feet, which yields about 12 mils dry. Its product data sheet reports 475 percent elongation and 2390 psi tensile strength under ASTM D412 and 90 Shore A hardness.
