Flex's polyester-reinforced TPO membrane for mechanically fastened and adhered roofs, published at 45, 60 and 80 mil, made without polymeric or liquid plasticizers per the Flex TPO page. The 60 mil sheet lists widths of 5, 6, 10 and 12 feet, white, gray or tan, an SRI of 94, and a standard five-year guarantee of watertightness with optional 10, 15 or 20 year terms (the 45 mil sheet stops at 15). The Flex TPO system page says warranties are available for up to 30 years, a longer term than any of the data sheets print. Its data sheet says the membrane meets or exceeds the requirements of a standard it prints as "ASTM 6878 Standard Specification for Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Based Sheet Roofing".
