Flex's polyester-scrim-reinforced PVC single-ply membrane for mechanically attached or fully adhered roofs, published in 50, 60, 72, 80 and 96 mil data sheets. The 60 mil sheet lists 60, 81 and 120 inch widths in White, Gray and Tan, an SRI of 109 in white, and certifies the membrane as conforming to ASTM D4434 Type III and IBC 1504.7; it says the membrane meets or exceeds FM Class 1-90 wind uplift requirements and meets an Underwriters Laboratories Class A fire rating. The sheet lists five, ten, fifteen or twenty year guarantees of watertightness.
