The Flex MF/R Elvaloy KEE membrane is a polyester-reinforced thermoplastic roof membrane produced with DuPont Elvaloy KEE, for mechanically attached or fully adhered (Flex Bonding Adhesive) roofs. Flex publishes MF/R data sheets at 50, 60, 80 and 120 mil; the 60 mil sheet lists 40.5, 60, 81 and 120 inch widths, White, Gray or Tan, an SRI of 109 in white, says the membrane meets the requirements of ASTM D4434 (the PVC sheet roofing standard), meets or exceeds FM Class 1-90 wind uplift requirements and is approved by Underwriters Laboratories in Class A fire rated roof systems. The standard guarantee of watertightness is five years, with optional 10, 15 or 20 year terms.
