The fleece-backed Flex TPO Plus membrane for new and re-roofing systems, adhered with Flex Fleece Back Substrate Adhesive or mechanically fastened, with hot-air welded seams; Flex publishes fleece-back TPO sheets at 45, 60 and 80 mil. The 60 mil sheet lists white, gray or tan, an SRI of 94, and a standard five-year guarantee of watertightness with optional 10, 15 or 20 year terms, while the Flex TPO system page says warranties are available for up to 30 years. Its data sheet says the membrane meets or exceeds the requirements of a standard it prints as "ASTM 6878 Standard Specification for Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Based Sheet Roofing".
