The fleece-backed version of Flex's Elvaloy KEE thermoplastic membrane: a polyester-reinforced sheet with a 5.50 oz. polyester fleece backing, installed fully adhered with Type III or IV hot steep asphalt or Flex Substrate Adhesive over concrete decks and a range of insulations, with hot-air welded seams. Flex publishes fleece-back data sheets at 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mil; the 60 mil sheet lists 76 and 120 inch widths, White, Gray or Tan, an SRI of 109 in white, says it exceeds ASTM D4434, meets or exceeds Class 1-90 in numerous applications and is approved for a Class A fire rating by Underwriters Laboratories. Standard five-year guarantee of watertightness, optional 10, 15 or 20 years.
