60 mil FiberTite-XTreme is Seaman Corporation's smooth-back KEE roof membrane, a minimum 60-mil (1.5 mm), 57-oz per square yard sheet built on a 46 x 44 / 1,000 x 1,000 denier woven polyester fabric coated with a hybrid vinyl alloy that uses Elvaloy Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) as the principal polymer. The data sheet states it exceeds the minimum requirements of ASTM D6754-15 for KEE-based sheet roofing and ships in 74-inch by 100-foot rolls with hot-air welded field seams. It can be mechanically fastened with FiberTite Magnum fasteners and stress plates, adhered in FTR 190e bonding adhesive, or ballasted with stone or pavers. Listed colors are Off White, White, CR Gray and CR Tan, with initial SRI values of 104, 110, 84 and 88 (ASTM E1980).
