FTR SA Primer is a single-component, solvent-based primer of synthetic polymers and resins used to improve adhesion of VaporTite vapor barrier to gypsum cover board, masonry, structural concrete and plywood. It is red, applied by brush or roller at 100 to 140 square feet per gallon, has a 30 to 90 minute tack time, and ships in 5-gallon pails. The data sheet lists its VOC as 0 g/L under EPA rules and 240 g/L under SCAQMD rules.
