FTR-490 is a polymeric water-borne adhesive applied to the substrate only for adhering FiberTite-FB fleece-back membranes. Compatible substrates listed are approved polyiso insulation, gypsum cover board, approved base sheets and dry, sealed cellular lightweight insulating concrete. It is white, applied by brush or roller at 60 to 100 square feet per gallon for FB membranes, has a VOC content of 153 g/L, and ships in 5-gallon pails. The data sheet cites ICC-ES report ESR-1456.
