FTR-290 is a solvent-borne bonding adhesive applied to the substrate only for adhering FiberTite-FB fleece-back membranes. Compatible substrates listed are pre-approved polyiso insulation, gypsum cover boards, approved base sheets and dry, sealed cellular lightweight insulating concrete. It is applied by roller or spray at about 90 to 100 square feet per gallon, has a VOC content of 234 g/L, and ships in 5-gallon pails. The data sheet states it is listed for use with FiberTite-FB membranes in specific roofing assemblies by FM Global and Underwriters Laboratories and cites ICC-ES report ESR-1456.
