FTR-201 is a trowel-grade synthetic rubber and resin mastic applied to the substrate only to adhere FiberTite membrane flashings to clean, dry, non-asphaltic wood and masonry vertical surfaces, or to make a temporary seal around penetrations. It is off-white, solvent-release (mineral spirits), 77 percent solids, applied with a notched trowel at about 35 square feet per gallon, has a VOC content of 325 g/L, and ships in 5-gallon pails.
