Forti-Lock Liquid Flashing with KEE-Bond Technology is a rapid-setting polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) liquid resin for flashing irregular penetrations and low terminations on FiberTite roofs. It is catalyzed with Forti-Lock Catalyst Powder and reinforced with Forti-Lock Fleece, a 25-mil nonwoven polyester sold in 13.8-inch by 165-foot rolls and pre-cut detail kits, to form a reinforced membrane about 98 to 140 mils thick depending on substrate profile. It comes in Summer Grade and Winter Grade formulations, in white or gray, in 12 kg units applied by brush or roller, and is fully cured in 3 to 6 hours at 68 degrees F.
