Products / FAKRO FV Premium Deck Mounted Manual Venting Skylight

A deck-mounted venting skylight that opens on top hinges by a bottom chain mechanism, worked by the included crank or an optional control rod, with an integrated insect screen, for roof pitches of 15 to 85 degrees. It has G31 tempered-laminated Low-E glazing, a pressure-treated lacquered wood frame, polyester-painted aluminum cladding, Class 3 corrosion-resistant hinges and a gasket system that drains condensation outside; the page lists a skylight U-factor of 0.44 and SHGC 0.21. It is sold as the white Replacement-Line sized to current US openings, while the natural-wood Classic Line is described as discontinued and available while supplies last. FAKRO America's limited warranty covers skylights, roof windows and flashings for 10 years against defects in material and workmanship, laminated panes against hail breakage for 20 years, insulating glass seals for 10 years, and electrical devices, remotes and rain sensors for 2 years.
