A center pivot wood roof window built with wider sash profiles and five seals, hinged above mid-height and lockable when rotated 180 degrees for cleaning. It is offered as the FTT U6, with argon triple glazing and a window U-value of 0.14 BTU/hft2F (R-value 7.1), and as the FTT U8 Thermo, with krypton quadruple glazing and a window U-value of 0.10 BTU/hft2F (R-value 9.8), a figure FAKRO gives for the window tested with EHV-AT Thermo flashing under EN ISO 12567-2. The U8 Thermo is supplied with EHV-AT Thermo flashing and an XDK insulation flashing set, and FAKRO states it holds a Passive House certificate. Both versions suit roof pitches of 15 to 70 degrees, in 22 x 39, 31 x 47 and 31 x 56 in. sizes. FAKRO America's limited warranty covers roof windows for 10 years against defects in material and workmanship.
