Products / FAKRO DXW Walkable Skylight

A flat roof skylight built to be walked on, set flush with the roof covering on terraces and green roofs, with a reinforced multi-chamber PVC frame (partly recycled, insulation-filled), an anti-slip coating and a double-chamber glazing unit with a laminated outer pane. FAKRO gives a window U-value of 0.22 BTU/h ft2 F and says clamping profiles hold the roofing felt or other membrane under the frame eaves. FAKRO America's limited warranty card gives flat roof skylights, flat roof access and the walkable skylight 5 years against defects in material and workmanship (excluding motors, remotes and gas springs), laminated panes 20 years against hail breakage and insulating glass seals 10 years.
