Products / FAKRO DRL Flat Roof Metal Hatch

An insulated metal roof access hatch for flat roofs of 0 to 5 degrees, on an insulated multi-chamber PVC curb with gas springs and anti-slip tape, pairing with FAKRO's LML metal attic ladder. It installs on an optional 5.9 in. XRD base for green and living roofs, takes an optional ZBR lock against accidental closure, and is listed with a hatch U-value of 0.12 BTU/h ft2 F (R-value 8.33) in four sizes. The page says the sash opens to 60 degrees in one place and that the hatch stays open at 80 degrees in another, and states a 10-year warranty while FAKRO America's warranty card gives flat roof access products 5 years; both disagreements are FAKRO's own.
