Products / FAKRO DRF Flat Roof Access Skylight

An energy-efficient roof hatch that doubles as a skylight for flat roofs of 2 to 15 degrees, opening on patented hinges and gas springs that hold it at 80 degrees. It has DU6 triple-pane glazing with a toughened outer and laminated inner pane on an integrated insulated multi-chamber PVC curb, a domed option, and an XRD extension base for green roofs, in five sizes from 30 x 30 to 48 x 48 in.; the page lists a window U-value of 0.23 BTU/h ft2 F. The product page states a 10-year warranty, while FAKRO America's warranty card puts flat roof access products at 5 years; the two disagree.
