Ultra Loc is a concealed-fastener standing seam roof panel that Fabral lists for its Western region, made at Spokane, WA, for replacement and new construction work. The specification sheet prints 16 inch coverage with a 1 inch seam height, 26 gauge, a 3:12 and above recommended pitch, custom-cut lengths up to 40 feet and the WeatherXL SMP paint system, and the product page states it can be installed over solid decking or over an existing roof. The sheet prints UL 790 Class A fire resistance and UL 2218 Class 4 hail impact resistance. Its Galvalume (AZ50) warranty table reads film integrity lifetime, chalk and fade 30 years and perforation 20 years.
