Twin-Fold II is a mechanically seamed, low-profile standing seam roof panel suited to roofs that need tapered panels, with a minimum tapered width of 1.5 inches. The specification sheet prints standard widths of 12, 16 and 18 inches in 22 and 24 gauge steel and .032 inch aluminum, painted weights from about 54 to 162 pounds per square, a 1:12 minimum pitch, 3 foot maximum purlin spacing and lengths from 6 to 47 feet, and lists wind uplift to UL580 and ASTM E1592, Class 4 Impact: UL2218 and Class A Fire: UL790. It also lists air infiltration and water penetration tests by designations printed without the ASTM letter prefix. Fabral provides a 30-year paint-finish warranty and weathertightness warranties of up to 20 years; the commercial listing notes the panel requires solid decking.
