PowerSeam is a mechanically seamed structural standing seam roof panel, offered in single and double lock seaming and factory-curvable to a 10 foot minimum radius. The product details sheet prints 12, 16 and 18 inch panel widths, a 1:12 minimum roof slope, 5 foot maximum purlin spacing, panel lengths from 4 to 65 feet and tapering on request, and the product page lists lengths from 6 to 47 feet. The sheet lists UL580 Class 90 wind uplift (#90, 176, 180, 238, 548, 549), FM 1-60 through 1-180 wind uplift ratings, UL2218 Class 4 impact, UL790 Class A fire, Florida approval, and ASTM E283, E1680, E331, E1646, E2140 and E1592 test data. It also states a 30-year paint-finish warranty, with weathertightness warranties available for up to 20 years.
