PowerSeam II is a mechanically seamed structural standing seam roof panel available single- or double-locked, factory curvable to a 10 foot minimum radius and field curvable to 200 feet. The specification sheet prints a 1:12 minimum roof slope, 5 foot maximum purlin spacing, panel lengths from 4 to 65 feet and widths of 12, 16 and 18 inches in 24 and 22 gauge steel and .040 inch aluminum. It lists air infiltration to ASTM E283 and ASTM E1680, water penetration to ASTM E331, ASTM E1646 and ASTM E2140, wind uplift to ASTM E1592 and UL580 Class 90, Class 4 Impact: UL2218 and Class A Fire: UL790, and notes that its FM approvals (1-60 to 1-180) and Florida approval apply to PowerSeam only. Fabral provides a 30-year paint-finish warranty and weathertightness warranties of up to 20 years.
