FabRib is an exposed-fastener roofing and siding panel offered in steel and aluminum. The product specification sheet prints a gravity load table for 29 and 26 gauge steel and .018 and .021 inch aluminum, a minimum recommended roof slope of 2 1/2:12, maximum panel lengths of 40 feet in steel and 17 feet in aluminum, Class 4 Impact: UL2218 and Class A Fire: UL790, and a 30-year paint-finish warranty against cracking, chipping, peeling, fading and chalking. The commercial product listing prints the same hail and fire ratings but gives a 30 foot steel maximum length where the sheet gives 40 feet; both figures are the maker's own.
