Fabral All Purpose High-Temperature Underlayment is a self-adhering, cold- applied modified composite underlayment with a polyester fabric face, for direct-to-deck use under metal roofing and as flashing tape. The product page and data sheet print a 50 mil (1.2 mm) thickness, 200 square foot rolls of 36 inches by 66.8 feet, 260 F high-temperature stability, 90-day UV exposure and installation without primer at 45 F and warmer. The data sheet lists ASTM D1970, ASTM D412 tensile and elongation, ASTM D903 adhesion and ASTM E96 permeance below 0.03 perms, Florida Building Code approval FL 17322 and Miami-Dade product control approval. It describes UL Class A and Class C fire ratings as based on the roof covering, and states a 30 year warranty.
