Ever-Silic HS is a single-component, high-solids silicone elastomer roof coating used as a top or base coat over a variety of roof substrates. Its data sheet reports 94 percent solids by volume, a 3-year aged SRI of 82 for white, and states it is tested and certified to Cool Roof Rating Council guidelines for Title 24 compliance. Colors are white, gray and tan, applied at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet, in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. The data sheet also lists a low-solids spray-grade version, and a separate HS Accelerator shortens cure time.
