Silkoxy H3 is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-cure fluid-applied silicone roof coating made with Everest's alkoxy technology, described as a protective coating for most roof membranes with adhesion to unprimed TPO, PVC and EPDM and performance over primed cap sheet and modified bitumen. Its technical data sheet reports 91 percent solids by weight and 90 percent by volume, 468 percent elongation and 205 psi tensile strength (ASTM D-2370), no degradation after 5000 hours of weathering under ASTM D-6694, and an SRI of 110 (CRRC). The sheet states the product carries Class A non-combustible and Class B combustible credentials as tested under UL 790 procedures over spray foam and single ply, so its fire classification depends on the deck. A lower-viscosity LV version is also offered.
