Silkoxy H3 - EZ is a high-solids, single-component, low-viscosity, moisture-cured, liquid-applied silicone roof coating formulated to be easier to roll. Everest lists it as a protective coating for most roof membranes and states that no primer is needed in most applications. It belongs to the Silkoxy alkoxy-silicone family used in Everest silicone restoration systems.
