Everprime Bleed Block is a plasticizer-free, single-component, water-based acrylic elastomeric roof coating basecoat. It is formulated with bleed-resistant materials to block bleed-through from asphaltic substrates that can discolor topcoats. A variant, Everprime Bleed Block SS, is designed for smooth-surface asphalt membranes.
