Evercoat OnePass is a high-build, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric roof coating that can be applied at up to 50 wet mils in one coat, with sag-resistant technology that holds 50 mils on vertical surfaces and quick-set technology that the maker says lets it handle a light rain as soon as 30 minutes after application. Its technical data sheet reports 300 psi tensile strength (ASTM D-2370), 86 percent reflectivity (ASTM C-1549) and a calculated SRI of 107, and states that it meets ASTM D6083 requirements, is UL Class A fire rated and is California Energy Commission Title 24 qualified. It is supplied in white.
