Evercoat OnePass HT is the high-tensile version of Everest's high-build acrylic roof coating: a plasticizer-free, single-component, water-based, 100 percent acrylic elastomeric coating that can be applied at up to 50 wet mils in one coat, with sag-resistant and quick-set technology. Its technical data sheet reports 500 psi tensile strength and 600 percent elongation (ASTM D-2370), 87 percent reflectivity (ASTM C-1549) and a calculated SRI of 107, and states that it meets ASTM D6083 requirements, is UL Class A fire rated and is California Energy Commission Title 24 qualified. It is supplied in white and the sheet states it must not be tinted.
